NOW HIRING - DIRECT CARE STAFF
Therapeutic Group Home for Youth We are seeking dependable, caring, and motivated Direct Care Staff to work with youth ages 12-17 in a Therapeutic Group Home setting.
Position:
Direct Care Staff Employment:
Full-Time & Part-Time Pay:
$___13__ per hour
Schedule:
Various shifts available Job Responsibilities Provide direct supervision and support to youth Maintain a safe, structured, and supportive environment Assist youth with daily living skills and routines Encourage positive behaviors and healthy coping skills Participate in recreational and therapeutic activities Follow each youth's treatment and behavior support plan Complete required daily documentation Assist with meals, transportation, appointments, and activities as assigned Respond appropriately to behavioral or crises Follow all facility policies, confidentiality requirements, and safety procedures Report incidents, concerns, abuse, neglect, or suspected maltreatment according to policy and applicable requirements Qualifications CNA certification required Must be at least 25 years of age Must be dependable and able to work effectively with adolescents Must be able to pass all required background checks and screenings Must complete required orientation and staff training Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred Experience working with youth, behavioral health, residential care, or similar settings is preferred We Are Looking for
