Education:

Minimum High School Diploma. Advanced Education preferred.

Work Experience:

Must have at least 2 years prior verifiable work experience. Experience working with adolescents is a plus.

Skills:

Conflict resolution, strong written and verbal communication, creativity and patience

Responsibilities:

Responsible for daily care and supervision of youth. Must provide basic life skills instruction for youth residing in the emergency shelter and transitional living facilities as well as provide tutoring and homework assistance. Proper documentation of all activities, incidents, and interactions. Responsible for transporting residents using company vehicles; must plan and execute recreational activities.
