• Responsibilities:

• Plan and implement a variety of activities to cater to the physical, emotional, and social needs of residents
• Assist in organizing and leading group activities such as games, crafts, music sessions, and outings
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and staff to ensure activities meet individual preferences and requirements
• Support residents in memory care and dementia care units with specialized activities
• Provide aging issues counseling and emotional support to residents as needed
• Collaborate with the caregiving team to enhance the overall quality of life for seniors

• Requirements:

• Experience or interest in working in assisted living or nursing home environments
• Strong organizational skills for effective schedule management of activities
• Excellent communication skills to interact compassionately with seniors and their families
• Knowledge or willingness to learn about memory care, dementia care, and aging issues counseling
