• Provide direct support and care to individuals in need, including but not limited to children, elderly, and individuals with disabilities or medical conditions.
• Assist with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and feeding.
• Administer medication according to prescribed instructions (CMT only).
• Monitor vital signs and report any changes or concerns to RN.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment for individuals under your care.
• Provide emotional support and companionship to promote overall well-being.
• Follow care plans and instructions provided by RN.
• Assist with mobility and transportation needs as required.

Minimum Requirements:

• Must be minimum of 18 years of age
• MUST have CPR and First Aid Certification
• Previous experience in caregiving or a related field is preferred but not required
• Knowledge of first aid procedures and basic medical terminology.
• Strong communication skills to effectively interact with individuals under your care, their families, and healthcare professionals.
• Compassionate and patient nature to provide emotional support to individuals in need.
• Ability to handle stressful situations with calmness and professionalism.
• Basic understanding of vital signs monitoring and reporting.
