Provide direct support and care to individuals in need, including but not limited to children, elderly, and individuals with disabilities or medical conditions.
Assist with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and feeding.
Administer medication according to prescribed instructions (CMT only).
Monitor vital signs and report any changes or concerns to RN.
Maintain a clean and safe environment for individuals under your care.
Provide emotional support and companionship to promote overall well-being.
Follow care plans and instructions provided by RN.
Assist with mobility and transportation needs as required.
Minimum Requirements:
Must be minimum of 18 years of age
MUST have CPR and First Aid Certification
Previous experience in caregiving or a related field is preferred but not required
Knowledge of first aid procedures and basic medical terminology.
Strong communication skills to effectively interact with individuals under your care, their families, and healthcare professionals.
Compassionate and patient nature to provide emotional support to individuals in need.
Ability to handle stressful situations with calmness and professionalism.
Basic understanding of vital signs monitoring and reporting.
