As a Live-In Caregiver with Professional Care Match, you will provide comprehensive care to seniors in their home, focusing on their physical, emotional, and social well-being. Your experience and compassion will enable you to develop meaningful relationships with our clients, understanding their unique needs and preferences. You will work closely with our team of experts to deliver personalized care, ensuring our clients receive the highest level of care and support.

Responsibilities:

Provide one-on-one care to seniors in their home, including assistance with daily living activities, mobility, and personal care Develop and implement personalized care plans, taking into account clients' medical histories, allergies, and preferences Monitor and report on clients' conditions, identifying any changes or concerns Maintain a safe and clean environment, ensuring our clients' health and well-being Build strong relationships with clients and families, providing emotional support and companionship Collaborate with our care team to ensure seamless transitions and ongoing support
