Job Description

Overview We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Arabic-speaking Caregiver to provide exceptional support and personalized care to individuals in need of assistance. This vital role involves fostering a safe, respectful, and nurturing environment for clients, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social well-being. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills in Arabic, a passion for caregiving, and experience working with diverse populations including seniors, individuals with disabilities, or those requiring specialized memory care. Duties Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal hygiene Monitor patient health by observing vital signs, managing medication administration, and updating care plans accordingly Support residents with mobility using manual handling techniques such as Hoyer lifts and patient transfer methods Prepare nutritious meals tailored to individual dietary needs and assist with meal consumption when necessary Provide companionship and emotional support while fostering positive communication in Arabic to ensure comfort and understanding Maintain a clean and safe environment by performing light housekeeping tasks such as cleaning, laundry, and organizing personal spaces Support clients during medical emergencies by administering first aid or CPR when needed and following HIPAA regulations for patient privacy Experience Prior experience working as a caregiver in group homes, assisted living facilities, nursing homes, or home health settings is highly preferred Demonstrated experience in patient observation, monitoring vital signs, medication management, and implementing care plans Familiarity with dementia care, Alzheimer's care, memory care, hospice care, and supporting individuals with neurodevelopmental or developmental disabilities such as autism or intellectual disabilities Knowledge of HIPAA compliance standards related to patient confidentiality and privacy regulations Hands-on experience with manual handling equipment like Hoyer lifts and patient transfer techniques for safe mobility assistance Proven ability to communicate effectively in Arabic with clients, families, and team members to ensure clarity of care instructions and emotional support Certification in first aid and CPR is required; additional certifications in geriatrics or home & community care are advantageous Join us to provide compassionate caregiving that transforms lives!
