•Time position in Lawton, MI About the Role You will provide essential in-home support to seniors and individuals with disabilities, helping them remain safe, comfortable, and independent in their homes. This role plays a vital part in improving quality of life for our clients. Responsibilities Provide personal care, including bathing, grooming, and dressing Assist with meal preparation and proper nutrition Support with mobility and transfers (including lifting when required) Follow individualized care plans, including memory care and long-term care support Provide companionship and engage clients in meaningful activities Monitor client health and report changes or concerns Assist with medication reminders Maintain a clean and safe home environment Provide transportation to appointments and activities when needed Empty Change Catheter Qualifications & Experience Previous caregiving experience preferred (home care, nursing home, hospice, direct support, etc.) CPR knowledge is a plus Experience following care plans Ability to assist clients with varying levels of independence Physically able to perform job duties, including lifting when required Catheter Experience Fall Prevention/Safe Fall experience Reliable, compassionate, and professional Why Join Care Where You Are?
