Hour Shifts:

7:00 AM-7:00 PM OR 7:00 PM-7:00 AM At Hampton Manor of Taylor, our residents are at the heart of everything we do. We are looking for compassionate, dependable Caregivers and Med Techs who want to build meaningful relationships and provide exceptional care to the seniors we serve. What You'll Do As a Caregiver / Med Tech, you will support the safety, dignity, independence, and well-being of residents in our Assisted Living and Memory Care community. Assist residents with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, mobility, transfers, and other activities of daily living. Provide medication assistance according to training, orders, policies, and procedures when working as a Med Tech. Follow each resident's individualized service plan and changing care needs. Respond to resident call lights and requests promptly. Recognize and immediately report changes in a resident's condition. Take and document vital signs and weights as assigned. Complete required documentation and incident reports accurately and timely. Assist residents with getting to meals, activities, appointments, and programs. Support residents during mealtimes, including serving, beverages, setup, and cleanup as needed. Assist with resident laundry, light housekeeping, trash removal, and maintaining clean resident and common areas. Safely use gait belts, wheelchairs, sit-to-stand lifts, oxygen equipment, and other approved care equipment. Maintain resident privacy, dignity, and confidentiality at all times. Communicate professionally with residents, families, coworkers, and leadership. Stay informed of resident alerts, changes, and priorities through shift-to-shift communication. Maintain responsibility for assigned keys, walkies, pagers, and other equipment. Participate in required training, meetings, and in-services. Support teammates and step in where needed to provide the best possible resident experience. What We're Looking For A genuine desire to work with and support seniors. Previous caregiving, assisted living, memory care, or medication administration experience is preferred but not required for all positions. Schedule 12-hour shifts available:

Day Shift:

7:00 AM-7:00

PM Night Shift:

7:00 PM-7:00 AM Physical Requirements This is an active position requiring standing, walking, bending, stooping, and assisting residents throughout the shift. Team members must be able to safely lift and carry up to 50 pounds and assist residents according to their individual care needs.
