What You'll Do As a Community Living Support Professional , you'll help individuals build skills, gain independence, and thrive in their communities.
Your role includes:
Supporting individuals based on their Person-Centered Plan Teaching daily living skills like meal prep, budgeting, and personal care Assisting with community inclusion and social activities Advocating for individuals and promoting recovery principles Maintaining accurate documentation and following agency guidelines Working flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays What We're Looking For Ability to work flexible schedules and travel within our service area Valid Michigan driver's license, vehicle insurance, and good driving record U.S. citizenship or legal authorization to work in the U.S. Strong communication and organizational skills Lived experience with mental illness, developmental disabilities, or substance use disorders is valued Ready to Make a Difference?
