Supporting individuals based on their Person-Centered Plan Teaching daily living skills like meal prep, budgeting, and personal care Assisting with community inclusion and social activities Advocating for individuals and promoting recovery principles Maintaining accurate documentation and following agency guidelines Working flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
