Requirements:
18 years of age or older High school diploma or GED Able to clear a background, and driver's license check Valid Michigan Driver's License •We are currently looking for motivated professionals to work with 2 adults with developmental disabilities who live together in Westland. Super happy active home with dedicated long-term staff. Full-time Afternoon / Part-time Day and Afternoon shifts available. The right candidates should be friendly and intend to be interactive. We work hard to provide a happy home environment for the individuals we care for. These positions require that you have the ability to transfer and reposition one small individual between a wheelchair and bed. We do have an electric Hoyer lift available to use for lifts. The right candidate needs to have the flexibility to work other shifts if needed with the possibility of mandatory overtime since the individuals that live here require 24 hour staffing. Candidates need to have the willingness and ability to drive our van. Applicants MUST have a valid Driver's license and a clear driving record. We rotate weekends with all the staff in the home, so the ability to work some weekends is a must. CLS or MORC training is preferred.
Salary:
$15.00/Hr.
