Help residents get in and out of the shower or tub safely Wash, dry, and assist with grooming, hair care, and dressing Check water temperature before and during the shower to prevent burns Watch the skin for cuts, redness, or sores and report changes to nurses Use transfer belts, shower chairs, or lift equipment safely Clean and disinfect the shower room after each use
