We have positions for both Full Time and Part Time caregivers. If Part Time is what you're looking for, we are looking for someone to offer 3-4 shifts a week with average shift of 4 hours. The Part Time flexibility we offer is ideal for someone who is semi-retired, or who has children who are more independent, opening time for you to make a difference in a senior's life, all while earning some extra income. Starting at $ 17 /hr - $ 19 /hr. with an excellent work environment (including 24/7 support) with unique bonuses available to every caregiver. Job Responsibilities Assisting with personal care and hygiene, toileting Supporting clients with ambulation. Companionship, laundry, light housekeeping, meal preparation Medication reminders, running errands, transportation to appointments Assisting with activities of daily living and specialized Alzheimer's/Dementia care Memory care such as redirecting, aiding in verbal cues. Following protocol and procedures for reporting incidents. Adhering to policies, health and safety standards. Requirements Treat clients with dignity and respect Availability/flexibility (including weekends) Effective communication skills Reliable transportation (ALL clients live in St. Charles County) Valid driver's license and auto insurance Ability to pass background and drug screening Physically able to perform light housekeeping tasks; bending, squatting, reaching; occasional lifting of 10-25 lbs; walk up and down stairs.
