Duties Deliver high-quality personal care services to residents, ensuring their comfort and dignity. Administer medications as prescribed, adhering strictly to safety protocols. Support residents with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, and grooming. Implement behavior management strategies tailored to individual resident needs. Maintain a clean and safe environment for all residents, following infection control guidelines. Advocate for resident rights and promote their independence and well-being. Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop personalized care plans. Participate in training sessions and professional development opportunities to enhance skills. Requirements Previous experience in long-term care, assisted living, or similar environments is preferred. Knowledge of dementia care practices and behavior management techniques is highly desirable. Understanding of resident rights and commitment to upholding them at all times. Ability to provide compassionate support while maintaining professionalism. Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team. Willingness to engage in ongoing training related to senior care practices.
