Job Description
An individual participating in New Hampshire's Choices for Independence Program is in need of assistance with daily tasks such as cleaning, meal prep, medication management, Laundry, etc. This position would be for 12 hours a week, with help needed on Tuesday and Thursday evenings and Friday Mornings with start time being flexible.
