Travel/Contract Job Description We are seeking a compassionate and dependable Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA/LNA-T) to join the team at Franklin, New Hampshire . This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced LNA looking for a stable contract assignment with guaranteed weekly hours. The LNA will provide direct patient care and assist residents with activities of daily living while working closely with nurses and other healthcare professionals to ensure quality and compassionate care. Responsibilities Provide personal care and assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs) Assist residents with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility Monitor and report changes in residents' conditions to nursing staff Assist with meals, feeding, and hydration as needed Maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable environment for residents Follow facility policies, procedures, and infection-control guidelines Accurately document care provided Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare team members Provide compassionate, respectful, and patient-centered care Requirements Active LNA or LNA-T license/certification in New Hampshire Previous long-term care, skilled nursing, or similar healthcare experience preferred Ability to work the 3:00 PM
