Completion Bonus:

$1,250 Completion bonus is based on an 8-week commitment Bonus will be voided if there are more than 2 call-outs or any No Call/No Show (NCNS) Travel Requirement Travelers will be considered if their permanent address is more than 50 miles from Franklin, NH. Candidates living within 50 miles may be considered for local opportunities but will not qualify as travelers.

Weekend Requirement:

Every weekend required LNA Responsibilities Provide direct patient care and assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs). Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and feeding. Monitor and report changes in residents' conditions to nursing staff. Take and record vital signs as directed. Assist with transfers, mobility, positioning, and ambulation. Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for residents. Follow infection-control procedures and facility safety policies. Accurately document care provided. Collaborate with nurses and other healthcare team members. Requirements Active New Hampshire LNA license/certification . Previous long-term care/SNF experience preferred. Must be available for 3 PM-11 PM shifts. Must be able to work 40 hours per week and every weekend . Reliable attendance and punctuality required. ASAP start preferred.
