Key Qualifications:

Experience as a Paraprofessional, PCA, or in a similar support role within an educational setting Flexibility and comfort supporting students with toileting and personal care needs Familiarity with implementing accommodations and modifications for students with IEPs (Individualized Education Plans) Ability to foster positive relationships and encourage independence for students Strong communication and collaboration skills with teachers, staff, and families Reliable and professional, with a strong sense of responsibility and compassion

Core Responsibilities:

Provide daily academic and personal assistance to students, ensuring their safety and comfort Support students within general education classrooms and help adapt materials or activities as needed Assist with organization, transitions, and personal care tasks as required Communicate regularly with teaching staff regarding students' progress and needs Maintain confidentiality and uphold all school and district protocols Demonstrate flexibility and a commitment to each student's dignity and success This contract runs Monday through Friday, from August 26, 2026, through June 15, 2027, with hours from 8:40 AM to 3:33 PM.
