Caregiver

Responsibilities Deliver attentive care to children, including infants and toddlers, ensuring their safety and comfort at all times Support childhood development through engaging activities that promote learning, social skills, and emotional growth Assist with daily routines such as feeding, diapering, nap times, and hygiene practices in accordance with best caregiving standards Implement behavior management techniques to encourage positive conduct and resolve conflicts effectively Collaborate with families and team members to develop personalized care plans tailored to each child's needs Maintain a safe environment by adhering to health and safety protocols, including first aid procedures when necessary Support early childhood education initiatives by teaching basic skills and fostering curiosity through play-based learning Qualifications Prior experience working with children in daycare, preschool, babysitting, or nannying roles is highly preferred Knowledge of childhood development principles and early childhood education practices Certification in first aid and CPR required or willingness to obtain upon hire Experience working with individuals with disabilities is a valuable asset Strong communication skills to effectively interact with children, families, and team members Ability to manage behavior with patience and positive reinforcement techniques Passion for nurturing children's growth and creating a supportive environment Join us in providing exceptional care that nurtures young minds and supports families.
