We're looking for individuals who genuinely enjoy helping others and understand that great care is about more than completing daily tasks. It's about helping clients feel safe, comfortable, respected, and supported in their own homes. What You'll Do Assist with bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and other personal care needs Provide companionship and social interaction Prepare meals and assist with meal-related needs Provide medication reminders Assist with mobility and transfers Perform light housekeeping and laundry Provide respite and post-hospital support Assist clients with dementia, Alzheimer's, Parkinson's, disabilities, and stroke recovery needs Observe and report changes in client condition or needs Follow the client's individualized care plan What We're Looking For Previous caregiving, personal care, home care, assisted living, or related experience preferred. CPR/First Aid certification preferred. Reliable transportation. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Dependable, compassionate, patient, and professional. Ability to safely assist clients with activities of daily living. A genuine desire to provide quality, compassionate care. Ability to meet applicable background screening and employment requirements. Employment Requirements Background screening TB testing/screening CPR/First Aid certification Valid driver's license and current auto insurance when driving is required for an assignment Schedule Part-time / PRN Available assignments may include day, evening, overnight, and weekend shifts based on client needs and caregiver availability.
