Job Overview We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Care Specialists
  • HHA/PCA for Assisted Living to join our team.
In this vital role, you will provide personalized care and support to residents, ensuring their safety, comfort, and well-being. The ideal candidate will have experience in senior care, dementia and Alzheimer's care, and possess a strong commitment to enhancing residents' quality of life through attentive caregiving and respectful communication. Responsibilities Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support. Maintain a clean and safe environment by assisting with light housekeeping tasks such as cleaning resident areas and meal preparation. Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare team members to ensure comprehensive care delivery. Experience Prior experience working in assisted living facilities or similar long-term care environments is required. Knowledge of dementia, Alzheimer's care, memory care, geriatrics, and behavioral management techniques is highly desirable. Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities or cognitive impairments is preferred. Background in home & community care or residential care homes will be considered an asset. Must be a certified HHA or PCA. We are currently looking for for individuals interested in full-time, part-time and per-diem work. The available hours are as followed: Wednesday, Thursday, Saturday 7am
