• We are seeking a compassionate, dependable, and patient-focused Caregiver/Direct Support Professional to provide essential support to clients in their homes.

This position assists individuals with daily living activities, personal care, basic household tasks, and companionship while helping maintain a safe, comfortable, and respectful home environment. Key Responsibilities Assist clients with activities of daily living , including bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and mobility support Help clients with transfers, walking, and positioning as needed Provide medication reminders, as permitted by state regulations and care plans Monitor and report changes in the client's condition, behavior, or home environment to the supervisor or care team Prepare light meals and assist with feeding when appropriate Perform light housekeeping tasks, such as laundry, changing linens, washing dishes, and keeping living areas tidy Provide companionship and emotional support Accompany clients to appointments, errands, or social activities, if authorized Follow individualized care plans and agency policies Maintain accurate documentation of services provided Respect client privacy, dignity, independence, and confidentiality at all times Perks of working with Right at
