Responsibilities Administer medications accurately and in accordance with prescribed protocols, ensuring resident safety at all times. Assist senior residents with their personal care needs, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support. Provide compassionate support for residents' daily activities, promoting independence and dignity. Maintain strict confidentiality of all resident information in compliance with privacy regulations. Respond promptly to residents' needs, offering emotional support and companionship. Ensure safety procedures are followed diligently, including first aid and CPR when necessary. Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement individualized care plans. Document care activities accurately and maintain detailed records of medication administration and resident interactions. Requirements Certification as an ACMA (Assistant in Community Management of Aged Care) or CMA (Certified Medication Assistant) is essential. Proven experience in medication administration within a healthcare or aged care setting. Strong understanding of senior care principles and personal care assistance. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally. Certification in first aid and CPR is required or willing to obtain upon employment. Excellent communication skills with a compassionate approach to resident care. Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team. Pay:

$15.00 - $18.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
