About Us River Bend Recovery for Women provides structured transitional living for women recovering from addiction and co-occurring disorders in Bend, Oregon. We're a small, close-knit team focused on helping our residents build stable, sober lives. The Role We're looking for a compassionate, reliable Recovery Mentor to support our residents through daily structure, accountability, and connection. This is a part-time position with real room to grow — pick up extra shifts (daytime, evening, or overnight) as your availability allows. 5-6 hour shifts, afternoons/evenings and weekends 3-4 days per week to start Flexible scheduling with opportunities for additional hours What You'll Do Plan and lead fun weekend activities with residents (Saturdays) Take residents grocery shopping (Sundays) Plan and prepare a weekly "family dinner" with client participation (Sundays) Transport clients to 12-step meetings and occasional clinical appointments Oversee drug testing procedures Support healthy communication and conflict resolution within the house Document shift notes on clients before clock-out What We're Looking For 1+ year of personal recovery, if applicable A genuine passion for helping others Familiarity with 12-step programs Treatment or recovery work/personal experience preferred Valid driver's license and dependable vehicle Compensation & Perks $18
