Our home sits in one of Bend's most sought-after neighborhoods, near downtown on the Deschutes River. The Opportunity We're looking for a steady, compassionate presence to live in our beautiful riverside home and provide overnight support to our residents. This is a unique opportunity for someone in recovery who wants to give back while living rent-free in a gorgeous location — ideal for a student, someone with a part-time day job, or anyone looking for a flexible, low-cost living situation with purpose. Live-in position with your own private room in the home Overnight hours: 9pm-6am 4 nights off per month Opportunity to earn extra income covering additional shifts ($18-$20/hr) if desired What You'll Do Provide a calm, supportive overnight presence for residents Serve as a point of contact and role model for women in early recovery Help maintain house structure and accountability overnight Communicate with the team on any issues that arise during overnight hours What We're Looking For At least 1 year of personal sobriety Actively involved in your own recovery Reliable, grounded, and comfortable holding boundaries Genuine desire to support others in early recovery Compensation Free private room in a beautiful home near downtown Bend, on the Deschutes River Optional paid shift coverage at $18-$20/hour A flexible, low-cost living arrangement with real purpose
