Duties Provide comprehensive personal care, including assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support Assist with medication administration and monitor vital signs to ensure health and safety Support clients with memory care needs, including Alzheimer's and dementia care strategies, to promote safety and comfort Manage meal preparation tailored to dietary requirements and assist with light housekeeping tasks such as cleaning and laundry. We will strive to have semi prepared meals also readily available to you. Follow safe patient lifting practices and manual handling procedures to prevent injury during transfers or mobility assistance Skills Demonstrated assisted living experience and long-term care background in residential or home care environments, minimum of 1 year needed. Knowledge of dementia, Alzheimer's disease, geriatrics, and memory care techniques Proficiency in vital signs monitoring, medication administration, CPR, and first aid certifications Experience working with individuals with disabilities or health challenges in home or community settings Excellent communication skills in the English language with the ability to provide compassionate support and engage effectively with clients and their families Ability to perform heavy lifting safely while maintaining proper body mechanics Familiarity with cleaning routines, meal preparation, and behavior management strategies in senior or residential care settings This role is ideal for caring professionals passionate about making a difference through dedicated service. : 1 year caregiving history Must clear Background Check No History of abuse or neglect 2 References First Aid and CPR Certified, can obtain on site Previous Caregiving Experience a Plus Fluent English Required Compassion and Caring Heart Required
