Available Shifts (Three weekday shifts, either Monday through Wednesday or Wednesday through Friday. Exact days confirmed at hire.) No weekend shifts required!

Day Shift:

9:00 AM - 2:00 PM Your Role & Responsibilities You will provide 1:1 support for an individual with a Tier 3 support level in their home. This is a hands-on role requiring patience and a commitment to high-quality care.

Daily Living:

Assist with hygiene, meal prep, mobility transfers, and medication administration.

Community Engagement:

Support social outings, transportation to appointments, and skill-building activities.

Behavioral Support:

Follow behavior support plans with fidelity and maintain visual supervision to ensure safety.

Documentation:

Complete daily shift notes and conduct thorough handoffs with the incoming team. Requirements (Must Have)

Age:

Must be 18 years of age or older.

License:

Valid Oregon driver's license, reliable vehicle, and current insurance.

Background:

Ability to pass an Oregon DHS criminal background check.

Certifications:

Current CPR/First Aid (or willingness to obtain before the start date).

Physicality:

Ability to assist with physical transfers and hands-on care.

Reliability:

Punctuality is essential Preferred Qualifications Experience with IDD, Autism, or complex behavioral needs. Oregon Intervention System (OIS) certification. Experience with medication administration.
