PRN / On-Call Caregiver Step In. Step Up. Make a Difference. We're looking for a reliable, compassionate, and flexible PRN/On-Call Caregiver to join our team. You'll be the person we call when a regular staff member calls out, needs coverage, or when extra support is needed. If you're dependable, respond quickly, and can jump in when needed, we want you on our backup team! What You'll Do Provide quality care and support to residents Assist with daily living, meals, personal care, and household needs Follow resident care plans and medication procedures Complete required shift documentation Support residents during behavioral or emergency situations Maintain a safe, clean, and positive home environment Communicate professionally with residents and team members What We're Looking For Reliable and responsible Flexible and available for occasional short-notice shifts Previous caregiving experience preferred CPR/First Aid and medication training preferred Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure Must meet background check and required training requirements Reliable transportation

No guaranteed hours. Schedule and paid hours are based on staffing needs.
