Job Description
Position Summary (Overnight, Weekends) Mighty Caregivers Homecare Agency is seeking reliable and professional In-Home Caregivers/Direct Care Workers to provide non-medical support services to clients in their homes. This position requires consistency, adherence to care plans, and the ability to work independently while maintaining agency standards. Essential Job Duties of In-Home Caregivers/Direct Care Workers Provide assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs) , including bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting Meal preparation and light housekeeping related to client care In-Home Caregivers/Direct Care Workers must assist with mobility, transfers, and ambulation as outlined in the care plan Provide companionship and ensure client safety as a In-Home Caregiver/Direct Care Worker Follow all individualized care plans, agency policies, and state regulations Accurately communicate concerns or changes in client condition to office staff Our In-Home Caregivers/Direct Care Workers must maintain punctual attendance and professional conduct Work Expectations Attendance and reliability are essential functions to be an excellent In-Home Caregivers/Direct Care Workers Flexibility in scheduling is required based on client needs In-Home Caregivers/Direct Care Workers must be able to work independently in private residences Some cases may require evenings, weekends, overnights, or extended shifts Required Qualifications Must be at least 18 years of age Completion of a TB test and any other health screenings as required by state or agency policy Ability to meet the physical demands of being a In-Home Caregiver/Direct Care Workers i.e. including lifting, bending, standing, and assisting clients Personal ownership of a vehicle is required Previous caregiving experience preferred; certified caregivers (HHA, CNA, PCA, etc.) encouraged to apply Benefits Higher pay opportunities may be available for: Applicants with verified certifications, formal training, or relevant experience may qualify for higher pay Flexible work scheduling needs
Pay:
