As a Caregiver, you will play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life for our clients by ensuring their comfort, safety, and well-being. Responsibilities Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal preparation. Provide companionship and emotional support to clients, fostering a positive environment. Monitor and report changes in clients' health status to healthcare professionals. Give medication reminders and ensure adherence to care plans. Assist with mobility and transfers using appropriate techniques and equipment. Maintain a clean and safe living environment for clients. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams in various settings including clinics, teaching hospitals, and trauma centers to deliver comprehensive care. Document care provided accurately and timely in compliance with organizational policies. Qualifications Previous experience as a caregiver or in a related healthcare role is preferred. Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team. Compassionate nature with a genuine desire to help others. Ability to handle physical demands of the job including lifting and assisting clients as needed. Certification in CPR/First Aid is preferred but not mandatory.
