Overview We are seeking a dedicated Resident Care Team Member for the first shift to join our compassionate caregiving team. This role offers an opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our residents by providing attentive, respectful, and comprehensive care. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a strong commitment to senior care, possess relevant experience, and thrive in a team-oriented environment.

You don't have to be perfect, or need any certification, just a heart-felt love for serving seniors. Responsibilities Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support. Support residents with memory care needs, including dementia and Alzheimer's care, utilizing personalized approaches. Provide compassionate caregiving tailored to residents' individual needs, promoting dignity and independence. Maintain a clean and safe environment through proper manual handling techniques and adherence to safety standards. Experience Prior experience in assisted living or nursing home settings is highly desirable. Demonstrated knowledge of dementia care, Alzheimer's care, and geriatrics best practices. Experience working with individuals with disabilities or cognitive impairments is preferred. Familiarity with safe patient lifting practices, manual handling techniques, and resident safety protocols. Proven ability to communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare team members. Previous experience in home & community care or residential care homes will be considered an asset. Pay:
$13.50 - $14.50 per hour
