Lucky Dove Home Care is seeking an experienced, dependable, and highly adaptable caregiver for a client located in Mt. Pleasant, SC .

Mt. Pleasant, SC The $20/hour rate is a special pay rate for this particular case . We are looking for a caregiver who brings more than basic caregiving experience. The right person must have excellent communication skills, good judgment, patience, confidence, and the ability to adapt their approach when working with different personalities. This particular assignment is best suited for someone who is emotionally mature and knows how to remain calm and professional in challenging interactions . A caregiver who is easily discouraged or uncomfortable adjusting their communication style may not be the right fit for this case. Responsibilities Assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) Provide personal care and general assistance as needed Provide companionship and supervision Perform light housekeeping related to the client and immediate living environment Maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable environment Communicate professionally with the client, family, and Lucky Dove management Follow the client's care plan and agency policies No transfers are required for this case. Ideal Candidate We are specifically looking for someone who: Has professional caregiving experience Is confident and highly skilled in communicating with clients Can adapt to different personalities and situations Is patient, calm, respectful, and emotionally mature Understands how to de-escalate situations without becoming argumentative or confrontational Is dependable and takes scheduled shifts seriously Is comfortable assisting with ADLs and light housekeeping Can maintain appropriate professional boundaries The client does not require transfers, but the case requires a caregiver with strong interpersonal skills, patience, professionalism, and the ability to adjust to the client's personality and needs.

Compensation:
