Rite of Passage Team is hiring a Group Supervisor at Norris Academy in Andersonville, TN ✨ Are you ready to make an IMPACT from day one? Nestled just outside the Great Smoky Mountains, around 30 miles North of Knoxville, in a small, quaint, beautiful town, called Andersonville, sits Norris Academy, a residential treatment facility that offers comprehensive, holistic services to youth with autism spectrum disorders, and/or other neurodevelopmental diagnosis.
Compensation Ranges:
$50,000 annually

As a Group Supervisor at Norris Academy, you are helping to care for and support autistic youth and the coach counselors that work directly with the youth. This is a 100% onsite position. Duties include but are not limited to: Provide and ensure consistent interactive supervision of the residents Provide operational guidance Coordinate activities for the residents and group living staff Ensure resident and staff safety at all times Enforce facility rules, policies, and routines To be considered you should: Be at least 21 years of age Have a High School diploma or equivalent, BA preferred Be able to pass a background screening, drug test, and physical Have at least 1 year experience working with autistic youth Have a passion to work with and help children
Schedule/hours/shifts:
Our 4 days on, 3 days off (opposite the 2nd week) schedule, allows our employees more time to rest, take care of personal affairs, and reduces burnout. Schedule choices are as follows; Thursday, Friday, Saturday (Every other Wednesday) 7am-7:30pm Apply today and Make a Difference in the Lives of Youth!
