Progress Inc. is a nonprofit provider agency that has been serving adults with intellectual disabilities and seniors in Nashville and surrounding counties for 50 years. Our mission is to help the population we support live the most integrated and independent lives possible. Progress Inc. is searching for an experienced Female caregiver, personal care assistant, or CNA to assist a non-verbal Female living in her home with her mother in the Gallatin area. She needs support with daily living activities and assisting with light duties around the home. Pay is based on experience and qualifications.

Duties:

• Assist with activities of daily living / personal care as needed
• Performing light cleaning duties
• Basic meal preparation
• Medication reminders
• Having conversation
• Assist with simple errands occasionally

Requirements:

• Must be FEMALE as this position does require assistance with bathing and dressing.
• Must be at least 20 years old
• Must be able to complete PAID pre-service training
• Must have a valid driver's license, valid insurance and reliable vehicle
• Must not be listed on registries reporting any form of fraud or abuse
• Must be able to pass a criminal background check
