Benefits & Perks Competitive pay: $15-$17 per hour One-on-one client assignments Flexible scheduling to fit your lifestyle Supportive, family-focused work environment Nurse-owned and operated organization Performance bonuses and competitive compensation What You'll Do As an In-Home Caregiver, you'll play an important role in enhancing the quality of life for seniors by: Assisting with personal care so clients can safely remain in their homes Helping with daily activities including bathing, dressing, grooming, meal preparation, light housekeeping, shopping, transportation, and companionship Supporting mobility through walking assistance, transfers, and range-of-motion exercises Providing medication reminders, documenting client observations, and reporting concerns to your supervisor Maintaining a safe and organized home environment Encouraging social engagement through games, reading, puzzles, hobbies, and other enjoyable activities Qualifications To be successful in this role, you should have: High school diploma or equivalent At least one month of healthcare experience preferred Valid driver's license, current auto insurance, and reliable transportation A caring, dependable attitude with strong communication skills Ability to safely lift up to 50 pounds Why Work for Interim HealthCare?
