Duties Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility Monitor and record vital signs such as blood pressure, pulse, temperature, and respiration to track residents' health status Administer medications accurately following prescribed schedules and protocols under supervision or as authorized by healthcare professionals Conduct regular safety checks around the facility to ensure a clean, hazard-free environment; assist with light cleaning duties, and laundry as needed Document resident progress, incidents, and care activities using Electronic Medical Record (EMR) systems to ensure seamless communication among care team members Qualifications Prior experience in nursing homes, assisted living facilities, or home & community care settings is desirable but not necessary Knowledge of medication administration procedures and vital signs monitoring Ability to assist with ADLs effectively while maintaining residents' dignity and independence Strong communication skills and compassionate attitude toward seniors Familiarity with EMR systems for documentation is advantageous Must be able to pass a background check Join us in creating a caring environment where every resident feels valued and supported.
