21+ Dreambuilder 21 is hiring dependable and compassionate Direct Care Staff to provide supervision, support, and transportation for male youth in a residential setting . Responsibilities Provide direct supervision and support to residents. Maintain a safe, structured, and supportive environment. Assist youth with daily routines, activities, and life skills. Provide redirection and de-escalation during behavioral situations. Complete daily progress notes and documentation electronically. Complete incident reports and other required documentation. Transport residents to school, appointments, activities, and community outings. Supervise recreational and community activities. Maintain professional boundaries and resident confidentiality. Follow all safety, supervision, and residential program procedures. Requirements Must be at least 21 years old. High school diploma or GED. Valid driver's license required. Acceptable driving record. Ability to safely transport residents. Must pass a criminal background check. Must pass required drug testing. Must complete required pre-employment training. Basic computer/tablet skills for electronic documentation. Dependable, professional, patient, and able to work as part of a team. Ability to work effectively with male youth who may have behavioral or emotional needs. Previous experience in residential care, behavioral health, foster care, juvenile services, mental health, education, or direct care is preferred but not required.
