Responsibilities Assist clients with morning and evening routines, monitor general well-being, support emotional comfort, and maintain communication with the care team regarding any concerns. Requirements 12 Months Experience Preferred CPR required within 30 days of hire Must have a valid driver's license Must have active auto insurance Drivers Preferred Must pass criminal background check Two verifiable references Must maintain all certifications, training, and company and state regulation requirements for employment Reliable means of transportation to get to assigned client visits Must be willing and able to work 12-hour shifts on a consistent basis: Availability to work both day and night shifts: 08:00 - 20:00(day shift) and 20:00 - 08:00 (night shift). Willingness to work weekends as part of a shift-based schedule.
