Mature female caregiver needed for in-home care position in Leander, TX. The client needs a female caregiver on Monday, Wednesdays and Fridays from 1:30pm-5:30pm. The position pays $17/hr, with a bonus of $100 after the first 100 hours worked. The caregiver needs to assist and supervise the client with ADLs, ambulation (walker and may need gait belt assistance), meal prep and light housekeeping, and Dementia care (experience with dementia clients is required). We have a comprehensive program that delivers in-depth information on clients and care tasks, so caregivers can be prepared and confident to provide the best care to their client. Duties included are:

Experience is required with Activities of Daily Living such as dressing, grooming, feeding, incontinence care, transferring and ambulation assistance Experinece with care of Alzheimer's and Dementia patients is required. Medication Reminders Light housekeeping Meal Prep and Assist with Feeding if necessary Companionship Possible transportation of clients or run of errands Qualifications of the ideal candidate: Ability to treat and care for seniors and special needs clients with dignity and respect Successfully complete a background check, competency quiz and pass references If you drive, you must possess a car, valid drivers license and auto insurance.
