We are professional, customer-centric and supportive. We service all across the Rio Grande Valley.
Duties:
  • Provide care and support to individuals with disabilities.
  • Assist with daily living activities, including personal hygiene (including bathing) meal preparation, and medication administration.
  • Implement behavior support plans and strategies to promote positive behaviors and social skills.
  • Support individuals in participating in community activities and social outings.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of daily activities and progress notes.
  • Ensure the safety and well-being of individuals at all times.
  • Advocate for the rights and needs of individuals in accordance with resident rights policies.
Experience:
  • Previous experience working with individuals with disabilities is preferred.
  • Knowledge of behavior management techniques and strategies.
  • Familiarity with medication administration protocols.
  • First aid and CPR certification is a plus.
  • Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks as needed.

Schedule is as follows:
Sunday 8am to 7pm overnight needed from Friday 7pm to Saturday 7am Saturday 7pm to Sunday 7am
