Overview:

We are seeking compassionate individuals to join our team as Caregivers. As a Caregiver, you will play a crucial role in providing essential care and support to individuals in need.

Duties:

• Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, grooming, and toileting
• Provide companionship and emotional support to clients
• Administer medication reminders as per client's care plan
• Assist with light housekeeping tasks and meal preparation
• Monitor and report any changes in client's condition to the appropriate healthcare professionals
• Support clients with mobility assistance and transfers
• Ensure client safety and well-being at all times

Requirements:

• Experience or training in caregiving, nursing, or a related field is preferred
• Knowledge of resident rights and behavior management techniques
• Familiarity with dementia care and hospice care practices
• Ability to lift and assist clients with mobility needs
• Strong interpersonal skills and empathy towards senior care recipients
