Head of Growth Position Summary The Area Director leads Montebello Home Care in The Woodlands through a blend of relationship ownership, field leadership, operations, and market development. This role is accountable for a premium, highly responsive care experience while building a healthy business through trusted community partnerships, disciplined execution, and measurable results. What You Will Own Referral and Community Relationships. Build and maintain trusted relationships with healthcare professionals, senior living communities, and other referral partners. Keep Montebello visible through face-to-face visits, in-services, community meetings, timely follow-up, and consistent pipeline updates. Client Experience and Retention. Own the client relationship from the first inquiry through admission and ongoing service. Conduct assessments and in-home visits as needed, resolve concerns promptly, review admissions and discharges, and protect client satisfaction, continuity of care, and 90-day retention. Care Team Leadership. Lead Care Leaders, caregivers, and field personnel with clear expectations and steady support. Participate in interviewing, hiring, onboarding, training, coaching, performance management, recognition, and retention so each client is matched with a prepared and dependable care team. Operations and Compliance. Oversee daily operations, scheduling, open-shift resolution, service delivery, records, and required regulatory practices. Maintain practical operating procedures, respond to client and caregiver needs in real time, and step into critical field activity when needed. Growth and Market Development. Convert inquiries into admissions through prompt communication, clear presentation of Montebello's value, and effective follow-through. Grow weekly billed hours, strengthen productive referral sources, and coordinate local marketing efforts that support sustainable client growth. Financial Accountability and Monthly Budget. Develop, manage, and review the monthly operating budget with the Head of Growth. Monitor the P&L, gross margin, labor and operating costs, forecasts, and key performance indicators; explain variances and take timely action to keep growth and service goals on track. Qualifications and Role Expectations Associate or bachelor's degree preferred; relevant experience may be considered. Experience in home care, healthcare, relationship development, sales, operations, or team leadership preferred. Comfort managing a monthly budget, reading a P&L, tracking performance metrics, and taking corrective action. Reliable transportation and regular travel throughout The Woodlands and surrounding communities required. Willingness to move between hands-on execution and strategic leadership as the location grows, including critical field support when needed. Ability to meet applicable employment, licensing, screening, and documentation requirements.
