Responsibilities:

• Provide compassionate care and support to hospice patients
• Assist with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Administer medications and monitor vital signs as directed by healthcare professionals
• Ensure the safety and well-being of patients at all times
• Maintain a clean and organized environment for patients
• Assist with mobility and transfers, including heavy lifting when necessary
• Respect and uphold the rights of residents in accordance with ethical standards and regulations
• Drive patients to appointments or outings as needed

Experience:

• Previous experience in senior care or hospice care is preferred
• Knowledge of direct support principles and practices
• Ability to lift and move heavy objects or individuals
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work well in a team
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record We have an URGENT need for caregivers in the Woodlands area
