Memory care is not ordinary caregiving. It takes a special kind of person. A resident may ask the same question five times. They may become anxious because they do not recognize where they are. They may resist care, pace, repeat stories, or need reassurance that feels simple to everyone else but means everything to them. That is memory care. We are hiring Memory Care Caregivers for our dedicated memory care community. This role is for someone who can stay calm, redirect with kindness, protect dignity, and bring consistency to residents living with dementia or Alzheimer's. This is not just about completing tasks. What You'll Do As a Memory Care Caregiver , you will support residents in a dedicated memory care setting with personal care, safety, structure, and daily engagement.

Responsibilities include:

Assist residents with bathing, dressing, grooming, hygiene, toileting, mobility, meals, and other activities of daily living Provide calm redirection when residents are confused, anxious, repetitive, or resistant to care Help maintain a structured, safe, and comfortable memory care environment Support residents during meals, activities, and daily routines Monitor residents for changes in mood, behavior, appetite, mobility, or condition Report concerns promptly to the care team Document care accurately using digital systems Help reduce risks related to falls, wandering, agitation, and confusion Treat every resident with patience, dignity, and respect What Makes This Job Better $15-$17 per hour Weekly pay $0.50/hour overnight differential Full-time and part-time available All shifts currently open Dedicated memory care setting PTO for eligible employees Health insurance for eligible employees 401(k) for eligible employees Paid training Bereavement pay Stable schedules Smaller community feel Residents treated like family Opportunity to grow within the community Who We're Looking For Memory care is not for everyone.
