This role will begin with direct client care and is intended to grow into a CNA Lead / Supervisor position as our Salt Lake County team expands. We specialize in supporting people living with dementia and other brain changes, so we are looking for someone who is dependable, confident in hands-on care, calm under pressure, and interested in leadership. Pay $18

• 19/hour starting rate +$1/hour weekend incentive when at least one weekday shift is also worked that week Weekly pay Paid orientation and shadow shifts Specialized dementia training Growth into a leadership role Responsibilities Bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and bed baths Transfers, mobility, wheelchair assistance, and fall-risk support Medication reminders Meal preparation and eating assistance Vital signs First-aid response within training and agency policy Infection control Dementia-specific cueing, redirection, reassurance, and behavioral support Companionship and meaningful engagement Light housekeeping related to client care Transportation and appointments when assigned Observation, reporting, and shift documentation End-of-life support when appropriate Leadership Growth As our Salt Lake County team grows, this role may also include: Supporting and mentoring caregivers Helping train and orient new CNAs Completing caregiver supervisory visits Assisting with client intakes and care-plan implementation Providing field support to caregivers and clients Helping maintain consistency and quality of care Communicating concerns to agency administration Requirements Current CNA certification required At least 1 year of professional dementia/memory-care experience required Comfortable with hands-on personal care Strong communication and problem-solving skills Calm, dependable, and professional Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Able to travel throughout Salt Lake County Successful background and driving checks Completion of Forget Me Not Home Care orientation and dementia-care training Travel & Mileage Travel between clients is paid according to company travel and mileage policies.

Approved assignments more than 25 miles from your home may qualify for an additional $0.25/mile travel incentive .
