In this vital role, you will provide personalized assistance, promote independence, and ensure a safe, comfortable environment for residents in assisted living, nursing homes, or community care settings. Responsibilities Monitor and record vital signs such as blood pressure, pulse, temperature, and respiration rates to track health status Support residents with behavioral management techniques Maintain a clean, safe environment by performing housekeeping tasks such as cleaning resident rooms and common areas Skills Prior experience in assisted living, nursing homes, or residential care environments is highly valued Strong knowledge of mental health care practices, including behavior management strategies Proficiency in vital signs measurement, and first aid/CPR certification Ability to operate standard passenger cars for transportation needs when required Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities or cognitive impairments is preferred Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with residents, families, and team members Join us in providing exceptional care that enriches lives!
