Schedule:

Part-Time 9:00 AM - 3:00 PM 2-3 days per week In-office position Responsibilities Review applications and resumes. Contact qualified candidates and conduct phone screenings. Source caregivers to fill open client cases. Schedule and conduct interviews. Hire qualified caregivers and guide them through the onboarding process. Collect and verify all required hiring documentation. Maintain accurate applicant records and recruitment files. Partner with the office team to meet staffing goals and ensure timely caregiver placement. Qualifications Previous recruiting, staffing, human resources, or customer service experience preferred. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational and time management abilities. Comfortable using computers, email, and online recruiting platforms. Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask. Home care or healthcare recruiting experience is a plus but not required. Why Join FirstLight Home Care?
