Plan and implement engaging activities tailored to their needs including educational games, arts and crafts, outdoor play or even going to the park. Ensure safety by adhering to caregiving best practices, maintaining vigilant client supervision, and following mandated reporting laws when necessary. Communicate regularly with Resident manager regarding their progress, daily activities, and any concerns that arise during care. Administer basic first aid and CPR when needed to ensure the health and safety of clients under your supervision. Assist with daily routines such as hygiene practices in accordance with care plans. Skills Proven experience working with individuals with disabilities or special needs in caregiving or educational settings.
