Full Time About the Role Join our team as a Caregiver and make a meaningful impact every day. Caregivers with Greenlake Senior Living provide personal care, assist with daily living activities, and help create a safe, engaging, and supportive environment for our residents. What You'll Do Assist residents with daily activities (bathing, grooming, dressing, mobility, meals) Provide support with laundry, housekeeping, and maintaining clean resident spaces Serve meals and assist with dining needs Observe and report resident condition changes to supervisors Respond quickly to resident requests, call lights, and emergencies Encourage social engagement and help residents participate in activities Maintain accurate documentation and follow safety & infection control procedures What We're Looking For High School diploma or equivalent (preferred) Valid First Aid certification/CPR required (CNA or other state-required certifications may apply) Prior caregiving or healthcare experience preferred Compassionate, reliable, and team-oriented Ability to lift/push up to 50 lbs with assistance as needed Why You'll Love Working Here Paid training & growth opportunities Supportive, team-based environment Health, Dental, Vision, PTO, 401(k)
