The Details:
Overnight shifts, 8PM-8AM Shifts run 8-12 hours Part-time, flexible — pick the nights that work for you What Night Owls Actually Do on
Shift:
Help with ADLs as needed overnight — repositioning, transfers, toileting, and personal care Be there in case a client needs help getting up, moving safely, or feels unsteady Offer calm reassurance if someone wakes up confused, anxious, or in pain Handle a bedtime or early-morning routine, depending on the client Help keep the home tidy with quiet light housekeeping duties What you get: Pay starting at $18.00/hour (more if you already hold an HCA or CNA license) Choose shifts that fit your life Health Benefits Paid sick time Path to WA State Home Care Aide (HCA) licensure, plus CEUs to keep building your skills Referral bonuses for bringing other night owls onto the team 401(k) with company match Same-Day Pay Available 24/7 support from a real local team — even at 3am, you're not on your own No experience?
